Are your windows and doors actually NFRC certified?
Yes — our window and door product lines are certified through the National Fenestration
Rating Council, and rated units carry an NFRC label. Ratings are configuration-specific:
frame material, glass build-up, spacer and operator all affect U-factor, SHGC and visible
transmittance. Send us the configuration you intend to use and we will confirm whether it
falls inside our listed ratings before you commit to it.
Which certifications and approvals do you hold?
Alongside NFRC, our systems are tested to AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440-11, hold a
Miami-Dade County Notice of Acceptance and Florida Product Approval for hurricane-zone
products, and carry an Australian StandardsMark licence to AS2047 and AS2208. The SP86
special line meets UL752 for bullet-resistant glazing. Certificates are available on
request for your engineer, code official or client.
Can you build to my opening sizes, or only standard sizes?
We build to your schedule. Send the opening list with width, height, handing and any
mullion or transom configuration, and we return shop drawings for approval. Custom sizing
is normal for project work; what matters is that the drawings are approved before
fabrication starts. Large-format systems are routine — panels up to 3000 × 3000 mm and
single-panel loads up to 500 kg on the SP146 series.
What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product mix and how you want it shipped — a mixed container and a single
LCL shipment have very different economics. Rather than publish a number that will not fit
your case, tell us the project and we will tell you honestly what volume makes freight
sensible, and what it costs below that.
How long is production and delivery?
Lead time is quoted per project because it depends on product type, glass specification,
finish, quantity and shipping method. Your quote states the production window and the
transit estimate separately, so a delay in one does not hide inside the other. Samples and
custom profiles add time and are quoted as their own line.
What shipping terms can you quote?
FOB, CIF and delivered arrangements are all available, by full container or LCL. Tell us
which port or job site you are receiving at and we will quote the option that fits — and
show you the difference, so the cheapest-looking number is not the one that costs more at
the dock.
Do you supply anything besides windows and doors?
Windows and doors are the core, and the one-stop model means the parts that finish the
opening travel with them: glass build-ups, screens, hardware and trim. If your project
needs an adjacent category, ask — if we cannot source it responsibly, we will say so
rather than add a line item we cannot stand behind.
What happens if a unit arrives damaged or wrong?
Photograph the crate label and the damage, and send it against the order reference. Because
every opening is labeled and listed, we can identify the exact unit and configuration
without re-measuring the site. Replacement and credit are handled as a continuation of the
original order, and the written warranty terms state what is covered and for how long.
